     Due to natural disasters like storms, cyclones or heavy rains hot wire (electrical wire) may lead to damage. The electrical wire may cut and fall on ground, which leads to harmful for human beings and may become fatal.

     Our project saves human life from this electrical danger by providing the fault detection on the electrical wire and automatically stops the electricity to the damaged line and also conveys the message to the electricity board to clear the fault on the hot wire.

     The function of the project is voltage from the hot wire is stepped down and the alternating current is converted into direct current. This direct current acts as input for microcontroller and signal for the microcontroller. Each phase of line acts as one control signal. According to condition microcontroller controls the GSM modem and sends information to electricity board and to the line breaker circuit. The line breaker circuit senses the signal and turns off the electricity in that line by relay.
